It does get better
While my car did end up costing more than I would have hoped, it did cost much less than I feared. I guess a pulley for a belt had broken and needed to be replaced. Once done everything worked again. So, a few hundred dollars for the work is still better than a new break system of complete electrical system.
The rest of the shows for the weekend got better too. While the crowds didn’t seem to be into it as much as at other shows, the weather was good. And, no more trees across roads.
