I was also so bored while waiting for a table at a restaurant that I actually started reading Cold Kiss by Amy Garvey on my phone, which I bought some time ago when it was on sale. Only desperation seems to drive me to an e-book, hmmm…
What I'm Reviewing Next: The Drowned Cities by Paolo Bacigalupi. Child soldiers, torture, bio-engineered weapons, war crimes…sometimes I wonder if I’m really reading a “YA” book.
Also finished Breakfast at Tiffany’s And Other Short Stories by Truman Capote, which I’m counting towards my “Classics Challenge” because short story collections are out of my comfort zone.

What Caught My Eye Recently: Seems like the last couple of weeks have been big for cover reveals: Siege and Storm by Leigh Bardugo (although I felt more ambivalent about the first book than most, it seems); Across a Star-Swept Sea by Diana Peterfreund (companion to the enjoyable For Darkness Shows the Stars); and The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater (follow-up to The Raven Boys).
