O FFS FINALLY
I have been very, very quiet these last few weeks, which is a shame because I've been very squeeful about many things and normally this is where I share them. I was taking an LNA (CNA for, like, everyone else) course for the last two months and it ate up SO MUCH of my free time and energy it's really unbelievable. BUT IT IS DONE.
AND I PASSED! \o/
Now all I have to do is survive a hurricane, turn in my licensure application, and prep my body for NaNoWriMo. Yeah. We shall see how this goes.
Other Things:
☂ Gregg and I are moving in together. HOLY FUCK. We're moving somewhere in MA. We've been waiting for both of us to have actual free time that synced up so we can go explore different apartments, but legit, this will be happening, probably within the month
☂ Having my writing mojo back is pretty much the BEST FEELING. I sat down last night and popped out 1000 words and it was LOVELY.
☂ I want to be a speech therapist. I think I've found something that feels like a truly good fit for me, and it took me having to learn how to care for the elderly to find it. I'm going to be taking prerequisite courses slowly over the next year because the programs only start in the fall, but still. PROGRESS.
