2011 was a bit...everything? I can't really properly say what 2011 was for me except there. And now over.
So I suppose I should make a list of good and bad, since now is as grand a time to make one as any.
THE GOOD
☀ I GRADUATED FROM UNDERGRAD. LIKE A BOSS.
☀ LANDED A BOYFRIEND. LIKE A BOSS.
☀ BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR. LIKE A BOSS.
☀ GOT A JOB I LOVE. LIKE A BOSS.
☀ READ ALL THE BOOKS. LIKE A BOSS.
☀ I WROTE A LOT OF WORDS. ~77000. LIKE A BOSS.
THE BAD
☂ I have a cold gone sinus infection. Right now. It's been persistent for the last two weeks. MAKE IT STOP.
☂ I quit student teaching. At the time I did not regret it. Now? Now I really do.
☂ My Pepere was diagnosed with cancer, causing a lot of stress in my family, and me to be the Christmas leper (SINCE I'VE HAD THIS MOFO COLD FOR TOO DAMN LONG)
☂ Did I mention this cold/sinus infection thing?
☂ I AM SO IN DEBT YOU GUYS AND I NEED TO GO BACK TO COLLEGE. RE: Sallie Mae is a PIECE OF SHIT. NEVER AGAIN.
☂ Brief flirtation with suicidal thoughts. That was a fun, fun weekend. On the positive end. I have medication to deal with it now. And even my SADD isn't as bad this year as normal.
