Monday: September 19: Fuck Yeah Fall
Fuck yeah APPLESAUCE.
My mom and I went to the nearby apple orchard and grabbed a bag of Macintosh seconds and some pears. I adore fall. I could go and pick apples all autumn long if given the opportunity. It is my favorite fall activity. That and all the BAKING.
Today I made ALL THE APPLESAUCE. It took a good hour between the mashing of apples and boiling a huge pot of water to cook said apples, but it is so worth it. Going to add some sugar and cinnamon and gobble it down.
