"I Run to the River and Dive Straight in" - Spring Break. List Style
{♥} Spring Break is officially over. It doesn't matter that I won't be back on campus until Sunday. I leave tomorrow morning for the killer eight hour car ride down to Maryland. I have to be packed and ready to go by six a.m. tomorrow.
It's ugly to think that I'm glad to be going back to school to escape my house. It's always too loud or too quiet here and this week it's been loud, and I'm leaving with a head cold.
{♥} My dad gave me a head cold.
{♥} I saw Alice in Wonderland twice this week. It did get better the second time.
{♥} At one point, probably Sunday, I had every intention of completing my Snarry-a-Thon fic and then did not as my little sister landed herself in the emergency room because she had a cyst burst on her ovary. Hopefully I get car trip inspired again. Due date is looming.
{♥} I ignored my grandparents for the better part of the week, even the parts where I didn't have a cold. Familiar guilt is rather familiar. I can't be near my grandparents with my cold now. I can't even give a proper goodbye. Luckily, I'll be coming back for Easter. It's not that long, just irritating in a personal way.
{♥} Talked to my mom and discovered that I was damn right about the results. Unfortunately, I ended up talking to her in the car when she was driving and not on the sofa in our living room like I had hoped. I tried. It didn't work. Needless to say I closed the conversation in a hurry as my mom started to cry and crying + driving = hello there metal barricade.
{♥} mystictwilight and myself just managed to commit murder. Somehow, mystictwilight managed to work up the nerve to tragically cut Merlin's life short.
Mostly we did this to make Arthur cry.
He did.
{♥} I don't understand why my muse likes travel, but last Friday while still in the airport I started my femmefest fic. Parts of it really sucks. I may only end up keeping the first paragraph, but it makes me happy to think that it's started.
{♥} My dad upgraded our plan to unlimited texting this week, which means I am going to spam the hell out of everyone's phone tomorrow morning. I promise to wait until at least 10am EST to start this hellish endeavor.
