Drabble: Simple Lessons (Arthur/Merlin)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DANI! *G*
"What do you mean you've never learned how to properly dance?"
Merlin set aside Arthur's armor and straightened. He shrugged. Arthur's expression was familiar and something within Merlin heated at the sight.
"Oh, you idiot." Rolling his eyes, Arthur stepped toward Merlin, hand outstretched.
"What?" Merlin stared at the hand blankly. "No. No." He held up his hands and stepped backward into Arthur's bedpost.
"You're not scared, are you?" Arthur smirked and lifted Merlin's hand in his. "If you step on my feet, you will be mu--"
"Yeah, I got that."
"Good. Now." Arthur lifted Merlin's other hand and settled it on his upper arm and jostled Merlin until he was standing stiff and straight. "Better. You know, you might actually learn something from this, Merlin."
Merlin wisely kept his tongue.
