Oh, also...
I have just watched/listened to Wizard People, Dear Reader today and am now eager to write Lady!Snape fics. My but I just couldn't stop appreciating how wonderfully feminine Rickman's Snape is (in Philosopher's Stone, anyway, I didn't watch any others). To be sure, she's no beauty, but ... sigh. <3
And it makes me ship Snape/Lily now.
But it makes me angry at Dumbledore even more, because he probably used his sexuality to manipulate Snape even more - yes, you can never find a true love but the childhood one that rejected you and married a dickwad, and if you did - she would do the same!!! Believe me, I know, I'm gay tooooo!!!!! So instead become a spy, risk your life, continue to live lie upon lie, as you do so well, and do it all in the name of that girl you stupidly never got over! Just like me, I loved the wrong person too, my gay lover became a bigger evil tyrant and doom-bringer than Voldemort himself... although for some reason everyone else has forgotten about him, as people do as new wars against evil come along.... sigh, so we'll grow old and die, and if we don't get to do that, let's promise to either marry each other when we're 160 or else kill me. you know, whichever.
