(no subject)
Mom and I were driving out the other day to get some pictures. I had a free coupon and I thought a 3 generation picture of Grandma, me and the Doodle would be nice.
We have this little park across the street from our house. It's not much, mainly a big grassy area with a small hill and there is a small structure for kids with a couple of slides.
Anyway, there was a lady there with her (what we thought was) two dogs. My mom was commented (rather angrily) how thoughtless the people are who bring their dogs to the park and let them run loose and crap everywhere and don't clean up. This is a routine thing in our neighborhood, despite the prominently displayed city ordinance sign reminding owners to keep their dogs on leashes and not to let them "go" at the park.
Well, I was passing by and then slammed on the breaks and had to back up. You see, this lady at the park did have a dog...a very sweet border collie, but she also had with her a 2 month old pygmy goat. Of course we had to jump out and go play with said goat for a bit. Doodle was very interested in Toby and tried chasing him a bit. Toby, well, he didn't want to have anything to do with Doodle!
Turns out our neighbor's sister was visiting from the Auborn area and drove down with her dog and goat as company.
At least I know I wasn't seeing things!!
