Because I haven't done one in a while ... and also because today was a day of doing lots of stuff and I wanted to see where I lost the most time. I was going to predict cooking but it really looks like the main culprit is mindless web browsing.
10:00 Rise and shine
Drink coffee
Check kitchen to make sure everything needed for lunch and dinner is in stock
Check a few websites for updates
10:30 blink disconsolately at the monitor and accept that you really do need to start shining soon.
10:30-11:30 fiction reading
(actually, my assigned fiction of the day was boring so I read the details of
Making Light: $9,695 New Age sweat lodge session kills 2, injures 19 instead.)
11:30-12:00 writing exercises from Points of View for Kiss Me Goodbye (counts as my wordcount for the day :P)
12:00-12:12 Make the meatballs for lunch
12:12-12:30 go through gaming RSS and find details for mmorpg post
12:30-13:00 watch
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsV1ShKtAcE and read cookery books and browse random blogs with no justification whatsoever (bad girl!)
13:00-13:17 make sauce to go with meatballs
13:17-13:30 read new mail including one confirming a competition to be held on my website resulting in 15 minutes mindlessly panicking.
13:30-14:00 Fear of Landing piece
14:00-14:10 sulk over rejection received
14:10-14:45 finish Fear of Landing piece
14:45-15:45 finish making lunch, eat lunch, read bitchy daily mail articles and register my disgust
15:45-16:05 research possible agent for submitting to
16:05-16:10 completely panic about being late for an event on EQ2 which doesn't actually start for another 9 hours
16:10-17:55 finalising and printing etc of two more queries for the F'ing Faeries
18:00-20:10 research and write quick start guide for eq2 event
20:10-20:30 panic at the time and rush around getting dinner done quickly!
20:30-21:00 dinner
21:00-02:00 red wine and computer games
(OK, I'm predicting that last bit :)
