It's been a good ride...
CBS decided to cancel CSI: NY. It sucks, but it wasn't unexpected (especially after being on the bubble for the past few years). Being around for nine seasons is nothing to sneeze at, and I hope the cast and crew find success moving forward. (Some of them have already moved on--considering this news, it's a good thing they did.)
As a fan, it's sad because this is the only show I've watched consistently for so many years. It's also my first (and only) fandom. I haven't been active online in a long time, but I have fond memories of fandom and dissecting every last moment of the show over the past nine seasons. ♥
