Here's a thank you to the wonderful Jacob for a fabulous night on the town.
As part of his on-going cover-up, he tries to live life as "Normal" as possible. After all, the profile says that the killer is likely a "loner" and "keeps to himself, avoiding social interaction." The more we can throw them off, the better.
So, dinner, a classical play (very cultured and not at all psychopathic), and a British pub for tea and "treacle and bird's pudding." A lovely evening. And he had the car cleaned beforehand, so there wasn't a trace of blood evidence to be seen, at least not with the naked eye. I tend to bring a lipstick, compact and credit card, but no luminal when going to the theatre.
Thank you, Jacob. It hardly seemed a birthday gift for you when I was the one wined-and-dined, but anything to help out a friend. And If I have to choose between hiding the body with you or being part of your alibi, I'll take the tickets to the show any day. Less messy. You know I'm there for either, but if the choice was there; you understand.
Plus you rescued me from a Heroscape night. Total win-win.
Love you, hon.
Thanks again,
Kimberly
