Yay, rain!
It's raining! YAY! It's also raining while sunny out. Satan is eating out his wife! (Yes, I know the expression is "the devil is beating his wife," but spousal abuse is more Yahweh's style than Satan's. Satan would eat pussy.)
Also, I got a brand new battery for my Lenovo S10 netbook from Amazon. Just picked it up today. I had it plugged in for like, five minutes and it's already at 53%. Though it says 2 hours an 15 minutes to fully charge.
The reason I got a new battery is because ever since I bought this netbook (About $60 or $70 used on Ebay), it would only run off of battery power for like, an hour if I was lucky. It didn't get any worse, but I finally got tired of putting up with it, so I bought a new one from Amazon.
But this one, being pretty clearly brand new or at least never used before, gives me hope that its battery power will last a heck of a lot longer than before. I shall keep everyone updated on how long the new battery lasts, if anyone even cares.
Meh, it didn't rain very long. :(
Okay, it's down to saying an hour and a half left to charge. Odd, it's only been like ten minutes. Of course, I did put the thing on low power mode to speed up the charging, but the charge time I said above was when it was on low power mode already. Ah well, computers trying to estimate things like that frequently miss the mark. It's gone from 53% to 57%, that's a more reliable number.
EDIT: Ha! It's now saying 1 hour 40 minutes, but the percentage hasn't changed. Silly computers trying to estimate things. :)
