Startling realization
I've been working on my Yahgahn neo-mythos religion for roughly 15 or 16 years. I've got lots of deities, something like 40. But it just occurred to me a few days ago (and I just remembered just now) that I don't have a solar deity. And yet I have a lunar deity, and a deity of the planet Traipah.
Kind of shows my priorities, eh? I don't like being out in sunlight, I stopped going to Thelema stuff because they work primarily with solar energy, I prefer the dark and the cool. So it's not really surprising that I don't have a solar deity.
And yet, at the same time, it IS surprising.
Sheesh, now I need to think of one. :-)
