I think it would probably fit you better than me then, haha! It's pretty form fitting on me in the waist, and it's got more room in the bust and I'm a 36C. Like I said, if it's a little loose in the waist it looks REALLY good belted. And it does wonders for the hips because it's got that great floofy stuff underneath!

does the mailing come with any sort of insurance in case it gets lost do you know?

I'm sure you could sell the tea party dress for way more since it's sold out, but I'm really crunched for money so I'm not gonna take the gamble :p
I'm just using USPS, you can get insurance on it but I'm not entirely sure how it works tbh. I calculated it as $70 worth of insurance it it says it will only tack on $3 extra.
