just some minor updates
I have been in a sewing rage the past couple of days, trying to cram in months of learning into just a few weeks. Here is an example of my latest work.
Its just a tank top. But it'll serve as my design for future shirts, blouses, and the like. My big goal is to be able to sew skirts by December. That way I can eventually move on to dresses.
In other news, I am getting better at putting on my make-up. Much thanx to the following youtube tutorial I have been watching that give advice on putting make up on: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrNvNogEBl4
There was a game of Capture the Flag at the school campus last night. That was pretty fun although it helps when you're team is stacked with the fastest players in the game.
Some pretty exciting movies are coming out in the next 2 weeks. 2012 is sure to blow my socks off. I loved the Day After Tomorrow so I'm truly looking forward to watching this movie. And then there is New Moon. I'm not Twi-hard fan but I have read the books and enjoyed the series. I'll be heading to that movie's midnight release. So that will be awesome.
And finally, Zona-con is finally almost here. After so much waiting and prepping my Alice dress *From American Mcgee's Alice, not the disney ones* I'm super excited for the tea party that they'll be having. And there's going to be free showings of this musical called Repo. And and and... raves.... and candy *yes 3 weeks late but the dealers room is definite doing a trick or treat thing that friday night* and o so much. I'm so cannot wait.
Still too bad that I can't get anyone to go with me but that's fine. They're all just WAITING to come with me to Megacon ><
