Strengths of Character

May 16, 2011 13:55

So, as part of a ongoing training program at work about mental resilience, I had to take a 240 question personality test to determine who the different "Strengths of Character apply to your personality.  Basically, it ranks the 24 strengths from best to worst as they apply to you, with #1 being the most applicable, and #24 being the least applicable.  It's suppose to give you better insight into yourself, so you know your flaws and can work on them.  Figured I'd repost them here.

I'm also curious about some feedback.  For those of you who know me, would you say the results are accurate?
