Update re: Life Fail!!!
So, hours at work are still cut. Jo had a minor (tearful) breakdown in the boss's office yesterday and while they didn't use these exact words they pretty much said oh well, I'm salary so I don't care.
On a brighter note, I was able to get hold of my caseworker this morning and she seems a large amount better than my last one, who is the reason Cassie got cut off Medicaid in the first place. She seems willing to work with me and I have an interview with them at 8 am Monday morning.
Please keep your fingers crossed for me! Life will still be hard, but if we can get Cassie on Medicaid and us on foodstamps, we'll at least have a little bit of wiggle room.
