We are totally planning to! Me and Fav are going to my friends place and if we can't convince her to go to a club we're forcing her to watch Iron Man and getting shitfaced.
I think things would be less stressful for me now if I hadn't decided to up and move back to England when I turned 18. I had been here for most of my life at that point (I moved here when I was 11) and had just gotten sick of not being able to actually have a life so I figured it would be wise to seek out my fortune back home. I ended up working in a bar, loved the job but couldn't really afford to survive and when my boss got fired I loathed the new one that took her place. Plus the person I was dating at the time moved from America too and wanted to move back, so in the end I ended up crawling back to my Mums house. Said person ended up ass shafting me (Not in the good sense either) but that's nether here nor there. So yeah, I hope to god whomever is looking over my case ignores that small stint out of country and is having a veeeeeery good day.
The only things I really miss are the food, my Dad and my bar because it was fucking awesome, especially as I was able to get bottles of VK for a pound each. SERIOUSLY PAYDAY WAS AMAZING, I WOULD BRING HOME FIFTEEN BOTTLES OF THOSE FUCKERS.
I need to stop rambling on Fav's LJ he's going to murder me in my sleep.
Oh, if it were not during the week I would have to do that.
We moved to Canada when I was almost 9 and then to New York less than a year later. I still hate speaking in English, American censorship and cold weather. AND OH MY GOD, WHAT THE FUCK, AMERICAN FOOD. Some things are better here though, I guess.
It's lame that everything had to be so confusing and sucky for you, but hopefully things will clear up and you can find some cheap booze around wherever you end up. I know fuck-all about Indiana, but there's this amaaaaazing bar here that has Penny Pitcher night and even if the beer is shitty, you can get so much of it that you stop caring.
