It was the running dream again, the other day. The good one. You should, I hope, have the courtesy of telling me if you happened to have witnessed it.

You cannot mistake it, doma. I dream that I run for my life, and then I recall that I needn't run - I can fight. And so I do.

I have seen other dreams. If they all speak of their dreamers' past, then it's a strange lot that we are.

They are perhaps not entirely of pasts and truth, for dreams are a strange thing. But within each, I believe, a truth can be found as to the dreamer's self and being.
