Eliot/Hardison/Parker. Completely. They've pretty much proven they can't have normal relationships and they're just so good together. They're just sort of left out by Nate and Sophie's massive UST and all the bickering and exasperation and adorable expressions mean they should just give up and resign themselves to being together forever. And they look really, really good together.
Also, that scene in the end of The 12 Step Job where they go to get Parker out of rehab and she's still drugged and she runs up and just throws her bag at Nate and completely ignores Sophie but gives a big hug to Hardison and literally throws herself at Eliot and then they walk away with their arms around each other? Almost unbearably cute.
