Strangers in the Niiiiiiighhhtt~
Good evening, all!
Just here to give a little update on what's been happening here at work. Well aside from having to teach a day-camp today with lots of really adorable children, things have been going quite smoothly/routinely out here. Lots of people, lots of information, lots to do and lots of gratitude and results from it. :3 It really is amazing to hear all the responses from visitors and to see their expressions changes upon hearing new information--even when you yourself have said the information 4000 times already that same day. It really puts things into perspective and keeps me going. I still can't believe that I have roughly 3 weeks left before I head out!! How strange indeed...
The Blueberry Festival starts tomorrow, but I won't have time until Sunday when I'm off. Ah well--there will be blueberries left for me to eat and buy :P And lots of other cool things I hope! Until I can go, I can just look forward to Guitar Hero tomorrow :D
As for this evening, well that's a whole nother matter. I went to my first BAR tonight! I sat at the Bar (there's no smoking here!), ordered from the bar (water, mind you) and actually participated in Karaoke!! Now that's a grand night of firsts if I do say so myself! We sang all the classics and I was apart personally of the song by Journey that we all know and love :PThen me and another intern sang a very Emo song for everyone and we called it a night about...now XD; Though many of the others had had a few before we left (thankfully there are DD's). Now I better get to bed before I have to get up at 7:30 this morning X3~
