Weekend Revelations
Good afternoon, everyone!
Faux here just giving a quick little update. Unlike the last one, it's a bit more...uplifting?
The fly problem has vanished thanks to my quick action and total slaughter of over 20 of the individuals. I was quite ruthless, I must say, but they deserved it by stepping into my turf! I'm not sure if the same reaction to my message will stick with my roomies, but we'll see. There's at least a happy little reminder for them x3 In other news, work is going great and I'm really loving my job right now. Every time I think I'm getting tired and not enjoying work, God blesses me with wonderful guests and the motivation to continue.
FOR EXAMPLE: This weekend I was scheduled to spend the night at the center with another intern to look after a troup of Girl Scouts (an "overnight"). So I taught them one of my favorite programs, we then proceeded to watch Harry Potter 5 on the theater at the center with the girls and then me and the intern watched FMA: Conquer of Shamballa until 1:30 in the morning X3333 Then today I got to wake up at 5:20 am to the sound of wolves howling, only had to work for half the day, got awesome comments from the troop leaders (one of them being a teacher), and then got to go out hiking around a 6 mile trail today. It was a surprise 6 mile trail :D We thought it was going to be three....but then we got lost...and had to walk back the way we came and such XD But we got awesome pictures! Really awesome pictures *nod*

Then we went out to eat together (same intern I stayed at the center with) and I had a wonderful salad topped with Cajan Salmon. I then realized that they have GUITAR HERO contests every Friday!! I went two months without this knowledge *now knows how she will be spending her free-time on Friday* Mwahahaa...
Anyway, looking forward to next week when the BlueBerry Festival comes to town. Mmmmm blueberries~
