winter came on the heels of something
then flu season
followed by flu season
followed by sinus season.

i've got to get the bitterness out of my heart
long walks help like tumblers of ice with other stuff
losing lost my sense of smell
and sight is dim
hearing impaired
i've got all my limbs though
