Oh. I haven't read it. I mean I know what happens...but when there was the huge leak scandal....and it was on the internet a week in advance...and then its major break from her previous canon and then an epilogue of well 'Albus Severus' need I say more? I just didn't buy it. I don't like what she did. And I don't like that I have to say 'Well the book was alright except for' it seems wrong for the end to a series such as that.

even if i did, i was waiting until i read the book first
idk, i liked it. the last 2 books definitely haven't been as action packed as the previous 5 but idk... i think she summed up the series reletively well. lol

I think my intimate knowledge of the books may be my major problem. (And psh sweetie...no one had to look for leaks the week before... it was seriously everywhere. I had five people send me links to it. Heh.) But I've never thought J.K. was that skilled of a writer. And I always felt the world she created was her strongest part. But with the last two books, due largely I think to her growing apart from the series and spacing out the books too much, she seemed to lose grasp of her characters and their world. There were a lot of continuity errors i.e. things previously she had said could not be done being done by the trio and the like. Now, admittedly... I would probably have read the book had it been sans epilogue. I feel the epilogue was pointless. It hardly gave any real conclusion to the stories of the main characters...none but Neville have a real job mention... Luna is no where to be seen. And everyone else is part of a baby making factory. And I feel so bad for Ginny as a character...she never got to be more than an under ( ... )
