I am finally getting around to ~revealing~ my top 5 episodes of Doctor Who. It's probably pretty obvious to those who know me, but let's pretend this is suspenseful. ( drumroll, please )
Ugh TIP/TSP why are you so beautiful? I love that you have TIP/TSP and then WOM. Those two stories are so perfect. IDK if this was your reasoning, but TIP/TSP slightly beats out WOM for me because shipping is my first priority, then it is clearly Ten's character development.
lol I love how in the video diaries or w/e they're like "so we went to the expense of making a new suit so it'd look different... but with all the red lighting... it looks almost exactly the same..."
I haven't seen that many of them either and I have all the DVDs! IDK I've seen a random assortment and no longer remember what I have and haven't seen.
I watched one of Bilie's once and it was so hilariously boring, oh Billie.
I think it with Billie Piper, I see it as there are really not that many Billies, so she doesn't really need a last name. But you can't exactly go around saying oh David, oh Matt, and people knowing who you are talking about.
yeah I think that is part of it, the only other Billie I know is not my lover.

Actually I think the first time I ever came across the name Billie for a girl was when I was a kid and read a Sweet Valley Twin book. There was a girl named Billie (short for Belinda) and she was a ~tom boy~. But she got her period before everyone else. It was very dramatic.
Also, I'm concerned about the fact that I can remember the plot details of a random book I read 15 years ago. WHY IS MY BRAIN FILLED WITH THIS INFORMATION?
(PS I had other stuff written in this comment, but my attention seeking dog put her paw on the backspace button and deleted a bunch and now I don't remember what it was. I imagine it was witty and humorous.)
TIP/TSP are just such FUN episodes to watch! Like I've seen them a billion times, but I still get pulled into the story every time. And Rose is so flawless in them. GUH. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE COULD DISLIKE THEM?
And when people dislike Waters of Mars, I just don't comprehend it. It's such a perfect end to Ten's character arc and does a fabulous job of exploring a lot of the important aspects of his character.
THEY ARE! But they're also serious at the same time. Rose is so great in them, RTD even stated that he thought it was her defining moment!
When people dislike WOM, their reasons are all wrong. It's like they just want cheap and easy tv. Go watch Jersey Shore, losers. It's everything that had to happen, but you didn't know it, but OF COURSE it had to happen. You know?
I kinda wish Ten had died at the end of WoM. That really was the culmination of his character, and every special after that seemed extraneous. JUST DIE ALREADY
