One of my original intentions for living up to the goal of "best 26-year-old" was to write an entry in this every night: I have already mucked that up. However, I missed Tueday night for a good reason: I was asleep.

Perhaps that doesn't carry the proper weight with you, having no understanding of my context - I haven't been sleeping much lately. ( Read more... )

If you want to sleep well then try running 1-2 miles coupled with some light weight lifting every morning and you'll have no trouble sleeping at night

If I tried to "run" any miles I would Forever Sleep, Yoda-style.
