go fug yourself: fug madness 08
If you aren't already participating in Go Fug Yourself's Fug Madness 08, run over and do it. They're running a tournament that parallels the NCAA basketball March Madness, and my god, is it fun!
You can download a .pdf of the contestants in all four brackets (Cher, Madonna, Bjork, and Charo), and then play along by voting for your favorite fug contender. Round 1 is over, but Round 2 is starting up today. There's already been the surprising defeat of #1 seed Lindsay Lohan by #16 seed Courtney Peldon (familiar to anyone who reads GFY regularly), the Oscar-winner trouncing of Cate Blanchett by Daniel Day-Lewis (I know, I know, Cate dresses beautifully most of the time... the Fug Girls don't seem to share our opinion), and the battle of the exes in which Kate Moss beat Johnny Depp (mostly, I think, because no one wanted to come down on the side of fug for someone so pretty as Mr. Depp).
Round 2 is pitting Paris Hilton against Kimberly Stewart, Paula Abdul against Fergie, and many many more.
It's HIGHLY entertaining. Get in on the action.
