Stressing a bit... I'm going out of town on Wednesday for four days and so far my attempts at getting a petsitter to check in on the birds have failed. My aunt who lives ten minutes away unfortunately is near phobic of both snakes and birds so she thinks she won't be able to handle it, even though the birds technically don't even need to come out of their cages when their food and water are replaced. I've got a call in to a woman who works at the veterinary office, the same woman who checked in on the birds for me when I went to Yellowstone two years ago. None of the staff knows if she still petsits, but I'm crossing my fingers because if that option falls through...
