(no subject)
I'm not sure whether I'm elated, depressed, manic, excited, melancholy, or some other extreme adjective - I'm just everywhere today, rapidfire. I feel like taking tomorrow off just to ease into the week and get some stuff done around here, but I probably won't.
In the meantime, I picked up stuff for my first attempt at "authentic" (read: no tomatoes) Hungarian goulash but won't be making it until tomorrow night cus it's pretty late already. Also tried my hand at making a mango lassi over the weekend and was reasonably happy with it, though I think it still needs some tweaking. Cardamom is very strange in cold drinks.
