Starting over

Well I have started my diet over. I don't know why I fell off before. I blame Tye and her ice cream sandwhiches.
So far since starting around 3/20/09 I have lost 12lbs, then gained 3lbs, then lost 1lb. For an over all loss of 10lbs. I know I can do better.
I cheated over the weekends. :( This last weekend was the worse, the horrid foods I ate, as follows; Three slizes of Pepperoni pizza, a bowl of cereal, a 4oz steak, a hasbrown caserole(Two big helpings), and a scoop of ice cream. Not the WORST ever, but it is when you are trying to lose weight!
So Monday 3/30/09 I started fresh, and so far so good, I have been pretty perfect, except eating my meals a little late yesterday. So far today, I have had 1oz chicken breast, and 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ splenda.
I am currently tipping the scale at 246.4lbs! Thats discusting! I normally wouldn't tell people my weight, but i'm past that, you can SEE i'm fat, the number doesn't really matter does it? Plus, I KNOW that number will not stay with me. I have a goal of 199lbs by June 31st which is totally plausable if I lose 4-5lbs a week from here on out. I don't think I have weighed under 200lbs since I was like 18 years old. :( Thats sad.
Here is my menu for today;
Breakfast: 1oz Chicken, 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ splenda
AM Snack: 1/2 a grapefruit, 1oz chicken
Lunch: 2oz Chicken, 1/2 cup white rice, 2 cups salad
Afternoon Snack: 1/2 grapefruit, 1oz chicken
Dinner: 2oz chicken, Small red potato,  2 cups salad, 1 cup steamed carrots
PM snack:  1 oz chicken, 1/4 blackberries.
