Well last night for dinner I did pretty good, family tried to make me eat like a fat pig but I stood my ground! They made hamburgers, I had one little tiny hamburger with no bun or anything, I ate about 3 quarters of it. Then I had a big helping of corn and some brocolli and califlower with lemon juice. For my late night snack, cherry tomatoes with a tiny drizzle of italian dressing, barely enough to taste. Those make great snacks by the way.

Today for breakfast I ate a tiny bit of pasta salad, mainly to kickstart my metabolism, I heard that its good to do. For lunch I had my fish and beans. Cooked with nothing but lemon juice, in foil in the broiler. NO FAT! YAY!

So far so good, all except my period is coming and that means bloat and weight gain and its so frustrating when your doing good all week and you can't tell because of that AARRGG!

I did my arm weights yesterday as well.........I am trying..........

MUST LOSE WEIGHT MUST BE UNDER 140 BY THE 20th!!!
