Humor aside, who the hell do these people think they are? Just because this "has gone on for years and years" doesn't mean that it's any less illegal. Granted, perhaps the use of deadly force wasn't called for in a tomato case, but that doesn't excuse the instigating behavior. F'n religious extremists.
