Fires. Fuck. The news claims the air quality is improving, but my throat tells a different story. Ugh. It feels like when I first moved to L.A. -- it took me weeks to grow accustomed to the air there. Now my little bronchioles have forgotten how to handle smoke, it seems. God, this sucks.

Ugh, sorry to hear that. Once Plaid made it through the Siskiyous (curvy 5% grades on her own!) she said the skies were this weird smoky smog effect and it was also hot and hotter. All the way to L.A.

oh, i bet nevada was bad. elena and i drove through utah once while there were fires in colorado, and it was fucking horrible. i thought i was gonna die. we are lucky to be on the coast, at least.
