just had breakfast with naked at panara... now i'm taking advantage of their wireless internet. its pretty cool... i'll have to do this more often. i have pysical therapy next door in 10 minutes... really dreading it. they do this insane deep tissue massage on my shins. they actually go under the bone. it hurts sooooo bad. but hopefully it will do the trick and make my shins feel better when i polevault and long jump... we'll see.
