You said that moments like that are the point. Pure, unadulterated moments.
There's something unbearable about each of those, and it's because they hardly ever come often enough. They're so rare that each one is savored with a hint of spiteful bitterness and sadness.
But see, they do come. And right when everything slows down and all becomes quiet, nothing else matters. Nothing else exists.
