CORSETS. OMG, the corsets. I got these on a total whim from a gal who had lost significant weight and was selling them as a lot. Sadly, I don't have the boobs for most of them and while they do fix my partner, they've been basically shelved for the better part of 2 years. I think we wore them once, for Halloween the first year.
I would be underexagerating if I said they were "nice". These are fantastic peices. There are no tears (okay, there's one and it's noted), no real wear or stretching. The leather ones are soft and supple, they don't have stains or smells. I have the ties for all but one (noted). These aren't boned with plastic ribbing, they're steel rods. The closures are also steel. The ties are in execellent condition.
Do you remember that sceen from Titanic where Rose is holding the bedpost while her mother cinches the lacings? These are those kind of corsets. They are beautiful on, but not really one you can get into yourself (without a hook and practice). These are functional garmets and are made to be worn (aka you're going to really lace yourself into them). The cotten ones you could probably use for waist training, but YMMV.
For reference, I am a size 18/20 in most tops, a 20 in Lane Bryant jeans, I wear a 44DD bra, and my natural waist is 44, hips 51 (6ft and 250lbs). My partner is a bra size 42DDD, wears 24/26 tops and 22/24 pants. These fit her better, especially in the bust. I would not recommend them to anyone smaller then myself. These will look best on a lady with at least a DDD chest.
Corset 1: White underbust with red hearts, pleather (lining is 100% cotton), size 5X/54 ----- this would be DARLING as a Queen of Hearts costume!

Corset 2: Cream with black trim underbust, satin (100% cotton lining), size 6X (tag doesn't list inches, I put it at 50)

Corset 3: White cotton, underbust style with a high back, shoulder laces (missing these), size 5X/52.

Corset 4: White leather with cotton lining, underbust - Size 6X. This does have a 1inch tear in the boning on the inside of one rib (see the last pic). Doesn't impact function or comfort. I do not have the laces to this one.
