NOTE: SLIGHT ISSUE, easy fix!
In the back it has 3 braided straps that connect to the halter neck. One of the braids is completely detached and another is coming loose. You could sew them back on, or just pin them, or you could probably just cut those braids off if you didn't want them on there.
I've actually only worn this dress once, it's in almost perfect shape overall, but I got a little rowdy that 1 time and yep I pulled that thing right off!
