Here I am today... it was chilly out this morning, 28 when I left the house,, but it was supposed to be in the 50's this afternoon, so I went for something cute and warm but not overly so.

I like that combo, the boots and skirt thing, although I never feel comfortable in short skirts so I never wear it. That look was on EVERYONE when I was in New York City last month.

Thanks! I am trying to get comfortable with shorter skirts so I know exactly how you feel. This one is way shorter than I normally go (usually just below my knee is about my speed) but I'm trying to branch out, lol. The dark tights help a lot, I don't feel quite so exposed.

I think you are dressed appropriately for almost any non-suit-required office environment. The colors are great, the tiny flash of throat and knee are fun but not improper, and it's just a good look overall.

Yay! Thats what I was hoping for! I'm actually more "dressed up" than a lot of the people here, so it was really the cleve/skirt length thing that had me worried. When I wear this sweater out I forgo the tank underneath and its definately a bit racier.
