Tall Wide Calf Boots (++ good for walking!)
I'm searching for some real world reviews of fat girl boots. As life long fatty, I am astonished and pleased at the amount of options we have this season, but I'm more than a little overwhelmed. I'm hoping that y'all have some insights you can toss my way.
I'm looking for a pair of tall (ideally above the knee, but I'm open), black, versatile boots that I can wear all winter, but particularly during a Christmas vacation I'm taking to Paris. When I imagine these boots in my head, they are sleek and stylish enough that they can be dressed up or dressed down. Just trendy enough while still being classic.
Here's the real caveat: these boots need to be made for walking. Well, walking with high arches specifically. I want to not end my vacation days nursing battered hooves, so I'm curious which boots you all can recommend as well made and good for support. I know I can always toss a orthodic insert into my shoe like the lady I am, but I'd like to start with a good foundation.
