Have you done a search on Zappos? I took a quick gander and, yeah, a lot of the stuff in your size/width is pretty orthopedic looking, but there were a few cute options!

I did look on there. Didn't find anything in an e that I liked.

I also have fat, fat feet and I love 6pm for shoes. I can search on brands that come in an 'E' width in my size, and their prices are very reasonable.

These are my current favorite shoes ever (so cute! So comfy!) and I also have these guys on their way for our family vacation. Plus some black soft-spots haurache-style sandals that I can't find anymore which I wear to work. Lots of good options there, and they get new stock in fairly regularly.

Would something like this work? I've been eyeing them myself, they look very adjustable.

I have these http://m.zappos.com/taos-footwear-trophy-black and while they aren't the most adorable they almost look saltwater sandal-y and are crazy comfortable. The second toe strap adjusts with Velcro so you can get a good fit. I have plantar fasciitis and a wonky ankle and I walk a LOT in these. Like Disneyland all day kind of walking, and they are good! They don't come in wide width, but they are very wide (and go to 11) so maybe?

I wear a 10E. I've been having the same problem. It seems like they have stuff in 9s, 11s, and every other size. :( I started hunting in March (when it is firmly rainy in Seattle) and haven't found anything yet that isn't orthopedic looking. I'll try and remember to report back if I find something but I'm not having much luck - I do some shopping with a personal shopper at Nordstrom and she hasn't been having any luck finding anything, either.
