eShakti
I got my eShakti dress in the mail yesterday. And I love it!
I was worried, since I'd read so many negative reviews. But it turned out pretty good. For this first buy, I went with their straight sizing (size 22) but next time, I might try the custom measurements, because it's a tiny bit tight in the bust.
Two friends and I went in together on the Buy 2, Get 1 Free deal and thankfully, all three of our dresses fit great. They both opted to go one size up from their usual (both ended up ordering size 12's) and it worked out for them. I added elbow length sleeves to mine, and they're pretty much just right. The length is good too (I opted for knee length.)

This dress has an elastic panel in the back and I definitely will be looking for more dresses with that feature when I order from eShakti in the future.
Also, let's talk for a second about the pockets. Why is it even legal to make dresses without pockets? This dress is gonna spoil me.
