shopping recs in LA/Orange County/San Diego?

So, hubby and I will be vacationing in southern Cali for 8-9 days the last week of August, and I definitely plan to do some shopping! :) We live in AZ and have family in Cali, so we go to Cali at least once per year. I'm already familiar with several of the plus size hotspots from our frequent trips...

We'll definitely be going to Kiyonna in Anaheim (I understand they moved to a new location?), Culver City Mall (the hands down BEST plus size mall EVER!), and Mission Valley Shoppingtown in San Diego, plus the Macy's at Fashion Valley in SD (I still think they have the biggest and best plus dept out of any Macy's I've ever been to, with Culver City's Macy's being a close second.) I'll also stop by Great Curves in SD (awesome little plus size consignment/thrift shop!) as well as Curve Couture in Solana Beach, although from my past experience at CC I'm not really expecting to find anything in my budget, or deathfat size. We might go to the outlets in National City also for the LB, Coach and Victoria's Secret outlets.

But I'd love to hear about any places I don't yet know about! I was thinking about trying to convince my hubby to trek down to Santee Alley and/or the LA Garment District, is it worth it? I typically wear a size 26 - 30, will anything there even fit me? Do they have cute accessories (I heard they have decent designer knock-off purses?)

And while Googling, I came across a boutique called Abundance Boutique in Sherman Oaks, what are they like? Will they have my size, and how's their stuff? I heard they're pricey and the styles are "mature" (just paraphrasing what I saw on Google reviews), can anyone attest to that?

Where I live (Phoenix) I"m pretty much limited to the usual chains, and the dept stores here have mostly pitiful plus size depts. I like Torrid, SWAK Designs, Kiyonna, Old Navy, and Lane Bryant, not a fan of Catherine's if that gives you an idea of my clothing style.

Thanks in advance for any advice and/or suggestions! I'm super excited :)
