Posture Aid!

Hi all,

Does anyone have any suggestions for a really good posture-aiding (under)garment that they are just in love with?  I tend to hunch forward and by the end of a workday, my mid-back and ribs are sore and I can't take a good, deep breath.

I work from home, so actually, something I even wear outside of my clothes would probably be OK, if anyone has any experience with that.  (This actually makes me realize that I should probably wear a bra, which I have given up doing because I never leave the house or see anyone during the day. I reckon my 46G size isn't doing my back any favors unsupported.)

Recommendations for where to find these things would be very welcome, too.
