Tall boots!
Well, my search for the perfect pair of rain boots continues but my search for tall, black boots has successfully come to an end. I wore my new Lane Bryant boots to work for the first time yesterday and I cannot complain. It was quite a sensation to zip them up so easily in the morning over my calves. They're even a little roomy at the top!
I bought the Buckled Riding Boot. They are the perfect combo of simple, not too much like motorcycle boots and yet not too simple. I wear a size 11 and the fit is good. The length is fine and even a little roomy around my foot and behind my ankle. But again, having tall boots that are roomy is pretty awesome. For $80, I'm not expecting them to last much longer than a year but we'll see. Just wanted to share my success!
