Yet another fit question!

Delurking to see if anyone can help in translating this weird new sizing convention. I've been looking for a new fall coat, and I do believe I've found it. However, the sizes I'm presented with are 1, 2, 3, and 4.
For the life of me, I can't find a sizing chart on the website; does this simply mean 1X-2X-3X-4X, or is it something more convoluted? Any help would be greatly appreciated, 'cause I really want this coat. ;)
