Mod-Cloth Plus Size Survey on Facebook
having seen Mod-Cloth mentioned a few times in posts- I follow them on facebook, and routinely send them emails about getting more options in plus size as I'm tired of just being able to buy shoes and while they have increased the amount of items offered in 16, 18- there is still much to be done in extending that to more sizes.

they do have a few multiple choice areas, but most of the questions require further answering- there is also an option for US residents to sign up to be apart of their feedback team in relation to plus sizes.
