any Fat-Equestrians?

Ahoy.
I'm just getting back into riding after a nasty tailbone fracture- long story short- for whatever reason I ended up selling my tack and now I need to get myself a new saddle: however it seems I'm now in a 19" seat- which is proving most difficult in finding- I live in Winnipeg Manitoba- I've got a few tack shops marked to call tomorrow, but my luck so far has been zilch.
I will be in California (Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas from April 10th-20th 2012) with a car, and would gladly buy my saddle stuff then if it's at all possible- I could pull off an 18.5 seat, but I think a 19' would be a bit more comfortable. I'm not sure I have the time to buy-online, BUT if the fit/package/price is there and they'll ship to Canada or quick ship to my parents while I am there...I'll do it.

I'd really, really like it if the saddle could have an adjustable gullet, as I'm schooling and will likely be on different horses in the next few months- the horse I am likely to be with for the next short while is 17hh, 52 girth, and a high whither

any ideas on where I should look? I found what appears to be an amazing too good too be true deal on Horsez for a 19" saddle kit for the low price of $300. I'm not sure what I should be budgeting here for- I'm not into Dressage OR Jumping. Flat work/hunter is what I'm into- I will  be doing shows, but not until the late summer.

on a side note I discovered SmartPak Equine and I love their selection of Fuller Fillies stuff! I was able to score 4 pairs of breeches, 1 pair of riding tights, a pair of X-Wide Half Chaps (that go from 18-20inch calves!!!) and gloves for $300. (that price for that amount of gear is unheard of where I live) I'll be ordering the Fuller Fillies dress boot tomorrow, which has an upto 20inch calf width.
