I'm sad that my black lacy magic wand didn't show up in this pic...
I got the corset from my friend's shop in Utrecht (the Netherlands). The is the closest I could find on her website, but I think the skirt on mine is a bit shorter:

I made the tulle skirt using the no-sew tutu method, an example of which can be found here:

If you're interested in making one for yourself, I used 28 strips of tulle, each about 76 inches long (I'm 5'3" tall) & 18 inches wide. I looped them over a 42 inch long cord (plus extra cord length for tying the knot). I interspersed strips of black tulle with purple and royal blue.
The fishnet arm coverings are a pair of crotchless fishnet stockings, with the hands where the feet should be & the head where the crotch should be. The waistline of the stockings stretched down to my waist. Under the tulle skirt I'm wearing black opaque tights and a pair of black bike shorts. I wore black knee-high boots (I tried to wrap silver ribbons around the boots but they fell off before I even got to the party.) I got the wig, wings (kinda hard to see) and fairy wand (not shown) at a Halloween store.
