Another ASOS sizing question :l

Hi all!  I'm looking at this dress from ASOS Curve, and I've been poking through the ASOS tag for inquiries about sizing, but now I'm a little confused and not sure what size I should try!  My measurements are 44"-39"-48" and I usually wear a US size 16-18.  Thoughts?  Tips?

I really appreciate any help. :)
